MVC W Entrapment

At 15:02 hours on October 12, 2016, Sussex County EOC alerted Gumboro VFC, SCEMS Medic 102, and DSP Trooper 2 to an MCI level motor vehicle collision with reported entrapment. Rescue 79 hit the road with 79-21 in command and arrived on scene to find a four vehicle MVC. The incident involved a tractor truck and three other cars. Two patients in two separate vehicles were extricated and Trooper 2 was utilized to fly out one patient to PRMC; three other patients were transported by ground with assistance from neighboring companies.
